Most orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Occasionally, we will hand deliver local orders.

We offer 1st or 2nd class delivery options at check out, ranging from £1.05 to £1.45. Please note, these costs are subject to change, but we will always update our website with any changes.

Free 2nd Class delivery is avaliable for orders of £10 or over.
RETURNS

At Made at Number Three, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we have a returns policy in place to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and we take great care in ensuring all of our products meet high-quality standards.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This is to ensure that all products remain in pristine condition for our customers and are 100% safe and sanitary.

However, if you have received a damaged or faulty item, we are more than happy to accept returns. Please email us within 14 days of purchasing, with your order information and a description of the issue and we will do our best to resolve the matter for you.
